Brian Maxwell

Brian Maxwell has 5 years experience in the solar development industry. Prior to EastEdge he co-founded NowSolar Inc., a Toronto based solar project developer focused on large scale ground mount solar projects in Ontario. While at NowSolar, Brian was instrumental in bringing 160MW of projects to application stage under the Ontario FIT program. The projects were sold in 2009 to a large Toronto based independent power producer. Brian holds a B.S.c (Honors) in Geology and Economics from Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario.
Jason Holt
MANAGING PARTNER
Jason Holt is a leader in Asian real estate, with past and current involvement with more than US$1 billion in real estate assets in Japan while being based in Tokyo since 2000. He has significant experience on the forefront of the Japanese real estate and equities markets, participating in the fledgling J-REIT market in pre-REIT, IPO, post-listing J-REIT, private real estate fund investor relations, investment management & execution, and project management capacities.Jason holds a China Emphasis MBA from the University of Hawaii Shidler College of Business Administration, and a BA in Japanese / Minor in Asian Studies from Brigham Young University in Utah. He is fluent in spoken and written Japanese and Mandarin.
Toshio Takeuchi

Toshio Takeuchi has over 40 years experience in the Japanese real estate business. His expertise includes hotel and resort development, feasibility research, investment evaluation, market research, property search, and investment due diligence.Mr. Takeuchi has been an independent development and transaction consultant since 1984. Before that he was marketing manager of Sunroute Hotel System Co, and Adviser of Real Estate Investment at Mitsui Fudosan Co. Nagoya Branch (Nagoya).Mr. Takeuchi has a B.A in Economics from KEIO University (Tokyo) and attended KEIO High School (Yokohama).
